Andrew Dahl is an unknown quantity at this point

so by these rules if you break during your practice rounds

there is no real reason for you to stick around because
your competiton is essentially over

that a pretty poor ruling that will cause some team (especially rookeis a lot of heartache and cause sometteams to abandon FIRST next year

just my opinion
