Free stuff at FIRST

This was set for Sep 6th, 2003.

Never heard anything else about it - did any local NH teams get anything good / noteworthy?

What kind of stuff were they getting rid of?

I couldn't find anything about the 2003 give-away.

Thanks people!

Lots of old T-shirts ('95, '99, '01, etc.), lots of window motors, many different types of van door motors, and not much else.

From what I heard, they also gave away things like drill motors and the atwoods, but I think those were taken before the scheduled time to start if I'm not mistaken

I got there like 15-20 minutes before the scheduled start time and all they had left were van door and window motors, as well as lots of random parts like casters and broken gearboxes and the shirts(95, 97, 98, 01). Apparently they had at least some drills and FPs as I’ve heard that other people that were there earlier or the night before got some(or many, as the case may be). I didn’t hear anything about people getting CIMs, but its possible too.

Well as we heard from the people at first, when we arrived at 7, they said they had opened early for people at RiverRage. I myself got LOTS of stuff.
2 kids from Alvirne, HS were there at 3am, waiting for the doors to open. those kids are insane

I'm sorry, but I think if FIRST sets a time to start their event, It should not be any earlier than that!!

I got there at 8:30 (a half hour after it supposedly started) and there was nothing there but window motors and T-shirts..

Next year it shoud be posted: NO EARLY-BIRDS!!

T-Shirts anyone?

We got a BIG box of '95 FIRST T-Shirts and used them as
recruitment gifts at the Poly University Club Day!

(not a total loss)
