Very cool stuff. I heard about that a couple years ago when they announced the initiative and just forgot about it until now. I think it's amazing that they are just putting this out there for the world to see (some prof's won't even let you record their lectures!). Now I can skip ahead and see what i'll be taking in the years to come!

Well, Slashdot, the best internet news site, had this on their site about two weeks ago

Problem with OCW as I see it is that that the notes from the courses are poorly scanned handwritten copies of the prof's notes, which are really incoherent. It's not easy at all to learn from.
