Team Communication - Making it easier
I recently designed our web portal system, witch is some PhpBB modules, ajusted to our needs. In this place, we can discuss all FIRST-related subjects.
There an agenda, where we schedule our meetings and events. We have also a download manager, where students can download 3D parts and softwares (i.e. Stamp Editor). All this resources helped us to boost our communication and organization. I´m available to help anyone who wants to install something similar. I hate to open old threads...but I wrote something very similar specifically for robotics with a calendar, filespace, and a mail system for each user... Email me if you are interested nospam@iamnafets.com

Again there is always openFIRST http://www.openfirst.org which was developed recently and specifically for FIRST teams. Take a look ;-)
