Team's 60 - 2 speed transmission
As if the shifting on the fly isn't enough, having a 4 motor drive train will only make it worst. If you look closely at the gear shifter, you can tell how much different the ratio will be. I suspect with 4 motors, it can achieve a top speed of more than 13~14 ft/s... Mean while, an extremely slow speed of 1~2 ft/s to push forward in low gear...
Question; Please explain, if they shift on the fly how do they avoid the gears from shearing off when they go from low to high and vice versa? |
