They have 8", 12", 16" and 20" five spoke Skyway like wheels with Pneumatic tires....Cheap! We have used the 12" version and the quality is very good. You would have to push out the bearings and make a keyed hub.

[size=3]That is nearly exactly what I'm looking for! And the price!. I'm willing to machine a hub. Could you tell me how exactly I would fit the hub so it locks in with the wheel? I don't thing I could just press it in where the bearings are; there needs to be something more rigid.
