Shift on Fly?
From the looks on the pics i dont think they will be shifting on the fly....but they will be able to shift....
If i'm seeing this all right i bet they come to a stop to shift...and the pneumatic moves the gear back and some sort of software code runs through a "shifting" program that will moves the gears back and forth until they align in the high gear position or the low gear position... But, i could be wrong
