KenWittlief has a reputation beyond repute

the 2003 and 2002 radio 'sets' have different markings on them, so I dont think you can mix the transmitter from one with the receiver from another

but you could switch both and see if you robot works correctly.

Anther thing that makes robots wack out is when the battery is almost dead.
