CANADIAN off-season event??

hey everyone

i know there are a bunch of off-season events in USA ... but what about Canada?? So far, to my knowledge, there are none up here. What would everyone think of having one in Canada? I personally think that it would be awesome because it would help recruit new members for rookie Canadian teams who cannot afford to travel to USA for those events ... also, it works for recruiting members on non- rookie teams .. and like all other off-season events, its provides something for us addicts to do during the off-season

I personally would love to host an off-season event, however, my school does not have money and the team is not fully defined yet ... so basically my team hosting an off-season competition is out of the question, but if another team is willing and has the money to do something like this, i think it would be totally awesome, and i would be totally willing to help out in any way that i can ... as both a team member on 1353 and someone who is addicted to FIRST ...

Just something to think about ....

Shirts available for trade: 2005 SWAT 771, 2004 Team 1353, 2003 FIRST Canadian Regional, and 2005 Greater Toronto Regional.
I am also interested in operator/safety captain badges, pins, or any other handouts your team may have given out that you would be willing to mail to Canada.
