SCRRF Meeting and Congrats

Greetings Everyone,

A big round of applause goes out to all of our 2004 Fall Workshop Presenters, Team 22, Team 696, Bill Wooley and team 1079, Mark Miller, Cheryl Miller, LeRoy Nelson and Team 294, Dr. Hurst and Team 981, Glenn Thouroughman Team 60, Team 980, SMC, Joseph Vanderway and Team 599, Chris Husmann and Team 330, Thomas Paton and Associates, Jason Morrella, Jennifer Chalsma, Ken Berry, and Ric Roberts and Team 330.

We also need to recognize Tarek Shraibati and CSUN School of Engineering for providing the rooms, and technical support for the event. Cal State Northridge has been our gracious host for our last two fall events and we greatly appreciate their hospitality.

A SCRRF Event would not take place with out efforts of our events coordinator, Wendy Wooten. Thanks you for all of your time and organization.

We are very pleased to announce that 31 teams participated with teams coming in from as far away as Temecula, Palm Desert, and San Diego. There were 47 sessions taking place during the day, with 19 different topic areas offered.

It is not too early to start planning for next season. We need feed back so we can better prepare. Take a few moments to answer the following Questions:

1. What were the best workshops that you or your team attended and Why?
2. Were there any workshops that needed improvment and what suggestions do you have?
3. New topics for next year and possible presenters.

We would like to book next year's Fall Invitational and workshop day. We would welcome suggestions for dates and locations.

Our next SCRRF Meeting will be Saturday November 22, 2004 9:00 am. It will be held at Rent.com's office in Santa Monica. Directions and Address are below. We need every team to send a member to represent everyone's interest in this program.

Thanks,
Mark Miller
SCRRF President
