phpBB question

Hey, i want to modify the "header" of my phpBB site for robotics.

It looks like this

I wan't the stuff at the top right to be moved to the center, and moved down, to make room for some buttons at the top. They are flash buttons, and look like this.

Any suggestions? Im completelly confused!
