ok.
who is aggrivated about having to wait yet another month fo halo 2 to come out. the new release date is March 3.... i think....give or take a day. ive pre ordered it but im agrivated that it keeps getting put off. im cool with it as long as the game doesnt suck royally

Hopefully they got it right this time. Halo 1 (the actual version) was good in its own right, but it wasn't as revolutionary as Max Payne, SOF, Half-Life, or Doom.

I guess the biggest reason you could consider it revolutionary is driving the vehicles, and possibly the graphics. Other than that, nobody can argue that Halo delivered anything other than what any other PC Game had done before. Sure, it combined it spectacularly, which made it a great game, but it didn't do anything to set itself apart as a classic.

Halo was meant to be something more like Battlezone 2... You command an army of the commanders and you can drop yourself into the action. It's an RTS/FPS combined... If they can get it right this time then it might just be semi-revolutionary. Sure the RTS/FPS has been implemented already, but if Halo adds some new twist it might rank up with the best.

halo is not nessarily revloutionary, but it was still popular

The Best game that changed everything for me was Tribes with the vehicles, the jetpacks, the disk launchers and the comunication

I still play Tribes2, cant stop me when i get in my shrike
Cant wait for tribes 3 (vengence)
