this was actually a consideration of 1089 this past year. We thought it would be cheaper to host and still have the potential of being as fun.
my only personal concern was that it would not be as high intensity, which is one of the things i love about FIRST competitions. it is all the spirit and the energy on the field. but not to dampen anyone's spirits, i still think it's a great idea.  |
