well...in the CARP ruling, I am required to pay 8% of all revinue incured or 5% of the expense but only if I am registered as a small webcaster, which I am not. Further more, I am not brodcasting publicly, I reserve the right to kick or ban any Ip that did not specificly invite. Also, each Ip must be givin consent to access the stream personally by me. I primarily use this so I can listen to my Mp3s at school/friends house/work. The only reason Im doing this now is test my new equipment. By tommorow the Ip will change and nobody will be able to access the "private" media stream. Also, I do not charge any money for this so I am not making a profit on this... yea... so
