And there you have it. A final decision from FIRST that most teams should be happy about.

You may now have until the Wednesday after a regional to make any spare parts necessary for your robot. However, you may not take your robot back after a regional. You will have to ship it from site to site, and bring the spare part with you to the next event. And you can only make parts on site if your robot is at an event.

Well, it sounds fair enough. It will be tough competition at the events, but teams will have a chance to learn from that experience, and keep going at another event. Thank You, FIRST!
