Not bad, but i think your colors could do with a bit of spiffing up. yellow on black isn't very easy on the eyes. http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/s...highlight=color

I might also suggest defining the edges of the table a bit more, it looks like a bunch of text randomly placed around the screen otherwise.
