RAPTAR RAMPAGE Scrimmage is on!

Ladies and Gentlemen, the RAPTAR RAMPAGE is ON!
After a knockout team vote to pursue hosting the event, we're getting everything in order. But...WE NEED YOUR HELP!
Scheduling is a big chunk of all the issues. It goes hand in hand with the field.
I have talked to Mike Wade about the availability of his field. He told me that the end of the 5th build week is usually too soon for most teams to have a running bot to test out. And the end of the 6th week, he'll have his field up at the DC/MD Scrimmage.
So, Here's what I need you to vote on:
Should we:
-Host at the end of the 5th week anyway
-Host during the 6th week (you would probably have to set it up as a field trip)
-Host at the end of the 6th week and try to get a different field
-Host a few days before shipping during the "7th" week (another field trip)

If we start looking for a different field, we have about 2 options right now:
-Build our own ($500-1500)
-Contact Patty Cook and attempt to get the VCU/MD Field (I doubt that we could get it during the build time, let alone receive training on how to run it)
-Scream

So, there you have it.
Oh, and for those who want to know details, we have it planned that if we have the field, location, and enough personalle to run the event by January 17th, we'll give out information. If not, the event is dropped!
So, I want any teams who are interested (I already have quite a few), even if you've already posted that you are, to email me at Sachiel7@comcast.net, and let me know your team is interested. The event will be in the Richmond Area.
Please Please ask your teams!
We want this thing to fly, and we're gonna need some help to make it happen!
(PS, if your school is willing to open up their space, ie Gym, for us to host, or is willing to supply field components, or personalle, please include that in your email. We need to know all our options.)

Re: RAPTAR RAMPAGE Scrimmage is on!

Sorry for double-posting guys.
Just wanted to update everyone that Mike Wade won't be able to help us out with his field for the scrimmage.
If you can help in any way, even if its just 2-3 field objects (balls, bins, etc) up to a full fields worth of components, let me know in that email.
And keep voting!
I've only got one vote so far...
I don't want to base the entire schedule on one vote!!!
Post in the tread if you have questions/comments
