Remote Remote Kick off at University High School

Greetings fellow Florida FIRST Teams:

The Emoticons, team 1083, host of the 2003 Robot Rodeo would like to cordially invite you attend the "Remote Remote Kickoff."

Given that we can only bring four team members to the Official Kickoff at Gaylord Palms, our team has decided to host another viewing of the kickoff for the rest of our members here at University High School. We thought that since our Performing Arts Center can hold 1,000 people and has a 25ft screen, why not invite other teams to attend as well. This will be a good opportunity for your members to watch the kickoff in a true FIRST atmosphere.

To register for the "Remote Remote Kickoff" please email Nathan Pell at pelln@ocps.net with your team number, and
the number of attendees expected. Admission is $2.00 per person, which includes pizza and a drink for lunch.

We hope to see all of you here at University High School on Saturday January 10th starting at 9:00 am.

Please understand this is NOT the official kick off, you still need to pick up your kit at your selected location.

I was just wondering when the first University High School Kick off meeting was. I go to UCF and did FIRST back when Orange Crusher 282 still existed. I just want to check it out if I can.

The meeting is next saturday, january 10th if you look at the first post you can get more info.

I was asking about an actual team meeting and not the FIRST kick off when you find out what the competition is. But never mind.
