Every take a second look for that 40 amp fuse block - it should be there it just looks completely different!
If you're missing parts, check out the 5.3.1.2 "New - Kit INventory" on page 8 of The Robot. To get your missing parts you need to print out a copy of The Kit, write your teams number on every page, check off what's missing, and fax it to 603-666-0043, attn: FRC Parts. We are missing a whole bunch of stuff too. A servo, some spacers, and a whole bag....I think it was the window motor bag....one of the motor bags. We have to call FIRST tommorow, glad to hear we aren't the only ones. Its a big relief.
