Anchoring systems=sticky rules?

if a robot were to drag the ancored goal around and rop off the tether atttached to it, would that be deliberate destruction of the robot?

There are only two tools you really need: duct tape and Wd40. if it moves and it shouldn't, use the tape. if it should move and doesn't, use the wd40.
