According to the pnumatics manual, its supposed to be a TI 5CP3-7, but as far as i can see no such part exists.
Here is the TI pressure transducer division website: http://www.ti.com/snc/products/sensors/ipt.htm

They r supposed to be 0-130 psi, 0-5v porportional output. Thats all i know.
