Re: Drill motor in a Dual Motor gear box
The whole purpose for combining motors is to gain a higher output power.
Let's compare motor power specs for a second: Bosch Drill Motor - 455W Peak Power Chiaphua Motor - 321W Peak Power FP - 140W Peak Power Globe (no gearbox) - 63W Peak Power So by combining the Chips and the Globes: 321W + 63W = 384W Note, this is LESS peak power than the Drill motor has alone. So... it is somewhat silly to use this combo, when the Drill motor by itself is better. For more information on motor combining, and gearbox theory and physics... please search the forums. John |
