The weirdest thing w/ duct tape...

I want to know the weirdest thing you have seen/done with duck tape. As you all know, i think duck tape is the greatest invention on this earth. It is even better than the Segway . I have only seen the basics, wallets or clothes, but i want to know the weirdest use for Duck Tape!! I know there are stories out there, so I wanna hear them!!

P.S. All you people, please get voting on my Poll!! I wanna know what the majority of you all think!!!

P.P.S.S. If you are from the duck tape brand lawyer, and you are reading this, know i didn't do it. You caused it. Your fumes from the glue made me crazy!

i' ve seen really well made duct tape whips. the person that made them even went through the trouble of having the handle and the whip part evenly weighted for balance purposes. it was pretty neat, and quite painful too.

Duct Tape and Behaviour Modification

My second year on a FIRST team. One particularly irritating young member of the team (c'mon admit it - we all know a few of them!) pushed a few of the older student members one step too far.

Skip forward thirty minutes. Someone speaks up and says "has anyone seen Carl recently?"

We found him in the next room, Duct Taped to a structural support pillar eight feet off the floor, very calmly just waiting to be cut down. From then on he was a model team member, with an uncanny ability to discern when something might go "over the line."

Before you ask, I disavow all direct knowledge of how this incident took place or who was directly involved...

I am not going to talk about duct tape clothing, I am not going to talk about duct tape clothing, I am...except to say I know the best thing to get duct tape residue off of skin, and it's not peanut butter.

The oddest? A friend in college let us duct tape his sort of longish hair into spikes for no reason whatsoever. Since Garret county still had some kind of a dry county law in affect, we headed over the boarder to West Virginia and went to some hick bar and scared the bejeezus out of the local bumpkins there.

Oh, trying to get the duct tape out of his hair was too painful, so he ended up with a very, very short haircut. Which made his parents very happy.

Well, Virginia Tech has an Engineering Olympics where one of the competitions is to Duck Tape up someone to the side of a wall and see who can get that person to get stuck up for the longest. Otherwise, the duck tape prom contest is the weirdest thing. Like I said once before, I have pictures.

I saw a thing that a couple got married wearing a duct tape suite (tie, shirt, jacket, slacks) and a duct tape dress (a small one, not a flowing one). I think someone should make a PR duct tape. You know, but your logo on it or something like that and watch it up on all sorts of things.

Fun w/ Duct Tape from member of team 365

Hee hee duct tape + FIRST members = FUN!!!

Ok, odd duct tape uses? I could probably sit and list them for hours. (I didn't get my nickname for nothing! )

Well, one of our adults, another team member, and I were invited to a engineering dinner to show off our robot. By the time we finally got through the foodline, there weren't any open tables, so we were trying to eat off the cart, but our plates kept sliding. So we peeled some duct tape (placed there for unknown reasons) off the cart and used it to duct tape our plates to the cart so we could eat.

My fav. duct tape creation is my lovely duct tape purse. It's completely duct tape, not one of those cheesy ones, which is really an old purse underneath. I also made a duct tape duck. It's really cute, about the size of a softball. (I was bored!)

Anywho... everyone needs to get a 365 days of Duct Tape calander. They're the best!

I made a duct tape bikini, completely out of duct tape, not the fake just cover stuff kind. I did get some weird tan lines though. I'll see if I can find the pictures.
