Gear Assembly - 2 606 200 917
Motor & Pinion - 2 607 022 890

The part numbers are printed on the boxes of these parts provided in your kit.

Re: 2004 Drill motor and gear assembly number

Maybe I'm just having a senior moment, but I can not find the gear ratios of the Bosch drill gearbox anywhere... I know they are different than 2001 and I was not involved too much in 2002.

When I searched, I found a reference to low gear being 42.62:1

Anyone know?

Re: 2004 Drill motor and gear assembly number

Can anyone tell me where to order these motors from? The KOP lists boschtools.com as the supplier, but when I go there a search for the part # it doesn't find anything.

thanks

Post Drill Motor Gearbox

The official information is as follows, all per various authentic sources... I took the time to compare actual test data to find the most likely information.

High Speed
Gearbox Ratio (Speed Input : Output)
12.07

Expected (RPM)
1629.66

Actual (RPM)
1521

Efficiency (%)
93.3%

Low Speed
Gearbox Ratio (Speed Input : Output)
42.62

Expected (RPM):
461.52

Actual (RPM):
450

Efficiency (%) *
97.5

* The 450 RPM is was was published in the game manual in 2003. I would expect it's efficiency to be not so high... dock that to around 400-425 or so would probably be a little more accurate...

I'll be posting a full Excel spreadsheet with all of the info very shortly, to compliment all of the data into one nice source.

Matt
