Our team splits up into 3 design groups. AFTER 4 DAYS, we then present the design to the whole team. The vet. members then select one design. It is fair that they vote and not the rookies since they have exp.
THE CATCH IS THAT ONLY THE ROOKIES FROM EACH GROUP ARE ALLOWED TO PRESENT THE IDEAS. THIS KEEPS THEM IN THE LOOP.
