Picture resize in IE6

So since I upgraded to IE6, the biggest diffrence that I have noticed, and come to like, is the resizing of pictures to fit the window. It shrinks, and the little box in the lower right corner can expand it back up.

This dosn't happen on CD. Is it coded this way in VB3? If so, why? I see alot of pictures that were not resized/edited before being uploaded and are far to large to view on one screen. It would be cool if I could see it on one screen to understand the structre, then zoom in on parts.

Or is this a problem that only I am having? (Last time you sent me to IE6, where you sending me now. )
