Carbon fiber

First of all, it seems that carbon fiber and such are allowed this year. PLease correct me if I am wrong. Second question. If materials such as carbon fiber are donated to the team does this have to be somehow included in the total cost. If work on this carbon fiber was done by a perant does their donated labor have to be included? thanks

Re: Carbon fiber

every single thing you use on your bot must have a fair market value associated with it on your Bill of Materials towards the total cost limit of $3500

otherwise any sponsor company could go out and spend a fortune, and 'donate' the stuff to the team

for the rest of your question:

As part of the 'such', is titanium allowed?
