Make sure that the torque setting (the numbered thingy at the end) is on drill and not some number. The drill setting looks like a little drill bit.

Also, make shure that the drill tranny is not coming apart. The tranny uses a twist-lock system to hold the 2 halves together. I saw many teams last year that broke the tabs in this twist-lock system because the drill tranny mounts in the kit don't give the best support.
