MINI-MEET/Practice Day

Time: 9am to 3pm (Teams will be welcome to stay later if space is available)

Donuts Coffee Hot Dogs Hamburgers Chips Soda Etc. Will be offered all at a small fee.

Field Update:
· This year we have a full playing field. The field is mostly functional and all necessary parts are there but there have been a few modifications for ease of field maintenance, but all of which should not affect field play.
· Field time will be allocated to each team so that everyone has an equal amount of time on the field.
· The practice will be informal but we do ask that you act in the spirit of FIRST in terms of Field Time.



Directions:

From North of Boston:
Follow 93 south to exit 8, which is the Furnace Brook Parkway Exit. Continue past the Mister Tux, which will be on your right. Stay left at the fork in the road and follow the hospital signs. Get on to Furnace Brook Parkway and follow it straight to the 3rd set of lights continuing to follow the hospital signs. At the 3rd set of lights, take a right, which will bring you onto Adams St. Follow Adams St., but no longer follow the hospital signs. Follow Adams St. past the Cerebral Palsy center and the South Shore Buick dealership until you pass through your second set of lights. After you pass through the lights Adams St. will turn into Hancock St. Follow Hancock for approximately 75-100 yds. You will then take a left turn just before the Citizens Bank onto Russell Parkway. Follow Russell Parkway until you reach the stop sign. You will then see the parking lot. You enter the parking lot through a right turn Just after you pass through the stop sign. Follow the signs from there and it will lead you to our entrance.

From West of Boston:
Follow the Mass Pike until the End. Proceed onto 93 south bound. Follow 93 south to exit 8, which is the Furnace Brook Parkway Exit. Continue past the Mister Tux, which will be on your right. From South of Boston:
Follow Rte 3 until the Quincy Center/ Burgin Parkway exit, which is exit #19 . Stay right after exiting but do not enter the T parking lot, which is located on the exit ramp. Stay straight on Burgin Parkway until you get to the 6th set of lights, which is located directly after the Quincy Center T parking garage. At the 6th set of lights take a right onto Whitney Road. At the next set of lights take another right onto Hancock St. Follow Hancock until you get to the second left just before the Citizens Bank, which will be Russell Parkway Follow Russell Parkway until you reach the stop sign. You will then see the parking lot. You enter the parking lot through a right turn Just after you pass through the stop sign. Follow the signs from there and it will lead you to our entrance.
