Locking the Fisher Price Motor

So we are able to hoist ourselves using a smaller wench and our fisher price motor. My next question to the FIRST community is what is your opinion on creating a lock on the motor so it doesnt release when the power is cut.

And thanks a bucnh for the ideas on my previous post dealign with our wench problem.
