The folks at IFI have just put up an important notice on their website regarding the FRC-RC's firmware and default code that you might want to have a look at.

Yeah, i wonder how serious this issue really is, so far we don't seem to be encountering any erroneous behavior in our system, and we have yet to install the update to the rc. Has anyone actually installed the update and noticed a difference in the way the robot acts, or is this just a cosmetic fix that really doesn't do anything major? Oh.....why did it take them this long to realize that there was a problem? Why wait until 2 days before shipping?

we had both of the issues that they talk about...One of our drives kept spinning...even when all the code was gone...so glad that they came out with this update
