Although I have never tried them a t a compettiton these sometimes work (other times the just plain fail)

You've made me so nervous that I've totally forgotten my standard pick-up line.

Excuse me, I just noticed you noticing me and I just wanted to give you notice that I noticed you too.

this last one requires a set up... "Excuse me,did you say something to me?" "No" "Well... why not?" ( this one is either great or a slapper)
