Re: What is your team doing for your presentation.

Don't sweat too much about what you go in there with, the judges want to who you are and what your team stands for.
You'll do as good just talking to the judges. Give them the personal side of FIRST ie. what it has meant to you. If you watch the kickoff, at least the last two years they have the sections with a small student panel talking about the difference FIRST has made in their life. That would be good to use. Still know as much as you can about your team but give it in a more personal context.

Team 007 will bring the "Q-Log" which is a 4" binder with all the business and communication documentation for the year
We kind of do like that except we break it into a scrap book, and a business notebook. We have a excel sheet we keep track of donations (monetary or not), thank you sent, and all that too. We will probably print out a nicer looking version of it and take it in the bussiness folder. If you want to check out 1108 scrapbook just stop by our pit at either LSR or nationals. It gives a good job for a first year member.

are we alowed to do a video!? and if so how do u show it!? and (one more! sorry) if we do a powerpoint or movie can we bring in small laptop to show the powerpoint on or does it have to be printed out?
You have to provide your own equipment for a video, weather that is a laptop, a projector, or a small TV you have to take it in and set it up. I would reccomend the laptop. Easiest setup.
