My robot has no ability to move small balls 1 3.85%
My robot's ability is limited: I can run into them and perhaps pick them up with my 2x grabber (if I have one) 2 7.69%
My robots ability is present, but small--my robot can manipulate 1-5 balls at a time 15 57.69%
My robot is a small ball vacumn cleaner--we hold more balls the Harlem Globetrotters 8 30.77%

I hope you're right in part and wrong in part--our robot is unable to hang from the bar. We wasted nearly three weeks of the build season infighting between the subgroups to decide if we would play with small balls or the big balls. By the time we were done, we decided we'd have to give up hanging.

But we've got some pretty good human players (if I might be less-than-humble about my own abilities) who just might have some tricks up their sleeves...
