It only allows you to have 40 balls. When there are 18 +18 + 12 = 48 And then add the 4 ten point balls. You can score 52 small balls in total. With your program allowing you to score a total of 60 in all the goals you need to allow people to score 12 more total balls.

Other than that very good.
