**FIRST EMAIL**/Autodesk Visualization Award Judging Information and Approved Entrie

Greetings Teams:

For those of you who submitted an entry for the Autodesk Visualization Award, please read the below information regarding the judging process at the upcoming regional events.

Autodesk Judging Information:
Animation judging will begin at 1:00 pm on Friday in the designated Autodesk Animation Judging Area*;
Students will be able to view the animations from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm prior to the judging;
Students should report to the area promptly at 1:00 pm to begin the judging;
Only one (1) student from each team who submitted an animation may vote;
Students should bring a pencil and their team's ballot (which was in their registration packet) to the animation judging;
The regional animation winner will be announced on Saturday during the closing ceremonies.

**IMPORTANT** Canadian Regional Note: The judging will take place on Thursday instead of Friday. The viewing and judging times will be the same.

*Please note: Autodesk reserves the right to change the judging day or times in the event an unforeseen circumstance arises. Teams will be notified of any changes at the event (Pit Announcement.)

Autodesk has the approved entries list available on Streamline in .pdf format at https://folders.buzzsaw.com/client/FIRST/FIRST Please go to 2004 Competition/AVA Animations - Final List, to see if your submission was accepted. If you have any questions regarding your submission, you must contact Autodesk directly at first.entires@autodesk.com
