great question,
I see their being 4-5 undefeated teams with the rest of the top 8 with one loss. However I do not believe that this can be truely answered. Mainly because teams play a differant ammount of matches at each regional, and because of the random alliances, you could have 10 teams being undefeated or you may find regionals where no teams are.
