Ours is roughly 3 high school students to 1 advisor.
I think that you'll see a range of 1.5:1 all the way up to 12:1... with an average running around 3.5:1 with a standard devation around 1 All of our advisors are college undergraduates at Purdue University, with the exception of help from the technology education teacher at the local high school.
