Re: One thing you learnt this season
It is way easier to put something on the robot than to take it off.

Re: One thing you learnt this season
I got to be a mentor this year and I loved it. Really, there is so much to learn, I still haven't stopped!
1. Castor wheels aren't as bad as our team once thought 2. Gearboxes are cool compared to chains 3. Really funny things happen at the shop after 1 am. 4. Each trip to the hardware store is like a trip to disneyland. 5. Rookies keep me young..... |

Re: One thing you learnt this season
I learned that you could scrap a whole mechanism two nights before ship, and still have it work like you did it 6 weeks ago. And also don’t let freshman use power tools.

Re: One thing you learnt this season
One thing I learned this season is that no matter what, if a team sets it's differences aside, sits together and gives democracy a shot, you can accomplish a lot. You get great results that make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

I learned not to conect both battery termanals, on the robot battery, with a peice of metal.....I mean....uh..I did no such thing. I just accedentally held a peice of metal which kinda touched both termanals, which sent sparks flying everywhere. lol, it was awesome
