Re: pic: S.P.A.M.'s S.A.M.
Interesting. Our team uses that same acronym (SAM) for a part on our bot.
With the exception that it means Secondary Articulating Mass, not the prefered meaning of yours. None the less, it looks interesting. Best of luck! |

That arm is interesting. It looks like a folded up tv antennae. I'm interested in your drive system. I see the motors mounted on 45 degree angles, is each wheel independently driven but driven together via the program? I'm guessing by the design you could literally turn around in one spot.

Re: pic: S.P.A.M.'s S.A.M.
Since 'Surface to Air' is in there, does that mean that your grapling hook shoots out (attached by a cable)? Like a missle?

Re: pic: S.P.A.M.'s S.A.M.
The tall blue pvc on the far side knock the 2x ball off while the other blue pvc on the front have pnumatic wings that fold out to herd balls, there is also a hook located underneath the 2x ball knocker which can pull goals very easily.
