When I build my project where does it put the files that it makes??? I know that it sounds kinda lame but my team program leader is home sick and i need help. Thanks!

The output files (FrcCode.hex being the most important) should end up in the same directory as all your source files. When you execute the IFI Loader, click on the Browse button to locate and select FrcCode.hex.

Actually, if the computer you're using has been used to load the code before, the Browse button on the IFI Loader should probably already default to the correct location.

Just an additional note.
Some programmers do override the MPLAB default of the project directory and put the hex files in a separate location.

You can check in MPLAB Project->Build Options...->Project
at the top of the "General" tab under "Output Directory"
If it's blank then the default project directory is being used, otherwise, it will have a directory path where the hex file is deposited.

Another note: the hex file will have the same name as the project file (*.mcp).
