Your right. That make absolutely no sense. He was there to tell you that you couldn't work because he was not there. So where is he? Is he there or not there? That is kind of a Catch 22. If he is there he can't tell he you can't be there because he is not there because he is there and if he is not there he can't tell you that you can't be there because he is not there.

The janitor needs to get a better lawyer because he wrote in a paradox. You can be there as long as you want if the janitor is the only one trying to enforce it.
