If the vertical bar and its fitting are keeping Bluabot's hook on the bar as you imply here,

then Bluabot's hook would have slid off the horizontal bar if the vertical wasn't there. This would have to be disallowed.

directly supported by Bluabot, not the horizontal bar; therefore, I would also disallow these points.
