the rubix cube (as many people have attested to already) is nothing more than a pattern...it always behaves in a certain manner and so learning specific moves for switching specific pieces will allow you to solve it....the really hard part is speed....i usually hit about 2 mins flat every time...some people memorize the cube and can move pieces without thinking about it....eg the rubix pimp
http://ermac.net/m/030718_rubix_pimp.mpeg he just memorized and solved the same as the rest of us....so julie with her less than 2 minutes has perfected moving fast....although she probably uses the same moves we all do *bows* i have to say tho that under 2 minutes every time is awesome and i would love to be able to rubix that fast....i spend school time doing the cube instead of real work |
