Re: pic: Truck Town OU Unveiled (Team 68)
Well thank you for all your kind words!
As a matter of fact, we won the innovation in controll design award at Colorado last weekend. YEAH! LOL Anyways, we put a lot into the arm control, so let me explain: The arm is a mini-arm version of our Robot's arm. It can accuratelly position the arm using Pots, and some hefty programming. You also might notice the little red buttons below the arm. These coorespond to a binary system used to (when accuratelly pressed) give extensive feedback information about the condition of the arms. This includes:
The arm is programmed to stop it's self after a certain level of damage to the shafts, motors, or pots; if there is any. It also has pre-determined arm positions which can be moved to semelesslely with the push of a button. This all leads up to this: Clever, dont you think? Im just messing. Im no artist. But, once again, I thank everyone for the kind words. PEACE AND LOVE good luck. |
