Cool Amateur Radio @ Nationals

Do any other amateur radio operators plan on taking equipment to nationals? If so, does anyone want to try hanging out on one repeater in the area? Georgia Tech has a repeater on 145.150MHz (-600)/PL167.9.

Yep, I'll be there on 2m/440, and so will a couple of our engineers (Mark Koors and Alan Anderson). I doubt I'll have too much time to talk though FIRSTers monitoring a common repeater or simplex channel might be a good idea though...

Re: Amateur Radio @ Nationals

Sounds good. Perhaps it'd be best to monitor the standard 2m or 440 simplex calling freqs (146.52/432.1) and then switch to a repeater from there. Anyway it goes, I'll tote my HT as well as a repeater directory.
