Dean would make a good Donald!

...in a good way, and in my personal opinion. Not in the "they have similar hair" type of way.

At Babson (being an only-business school), about 3/4 of the campus is obsessed with The Apprentice...some classes have been assigning it as homework, since it relates a lot to how people act here. Actually, one of the only good things about not going to Nationals is that I can partake in the Apprentice parties across campus for the live finale this Thursday at 9.

But at least for us, wouldn't an "Apprentice"-style show with Dean in Trump's role be hysterical? The candidates would be FIRST-ers (or non-FIRSTers ), Dean would come in riding on his Segway and make speeches, George and Carolyn (Trump's associates, who watch the teams in action) could be Woodie & Lavery...they'd build something every week, and at the end, the one person left would get to "work on Dean's newest invention with him" or something.

Soo? What do you think?

(And thus starts my attempts at salvaging any sort of conversation from the people left on the boards)

Re: Dean would make a good Donald!

The only problem with the idea I can see is that Dean would be more likely to increase the size of the contestants over time as opposed to decreasing it (given how FIRST works and all). It'd be a lot harder to crown a winner in the end.

In all seriousness, it does sound like it could be a very viable idea for a show. Sort of a Junkyard Wars meets The Apprentice style show.
