On the orange toolbar up top, click "members". When the page opens, click "search members" and then "advanced search". It will bring you to this page. From there, you can enter all of your search criteria.

Yes.
And if you are looking for a particular team, make sure to use a 4-digit number ie: 0047, not 47. This will prevent you from getting 47, 147, 247, 347, 447, 547, etc.
