Yeah, during automode in one of the elimination matches, the TechnoKats went to the 10pt ball and actually scooped it into our robot belly. Then later delivered it to the human player, and he made the shot into the stationary goal.

This is unique, that is why we were happy to do it. But, it sounds like Tigerbolt had it down pat. Good job!

10 Pt Ball Match

The cameraman watched us scoop it in and go feed it back, and the human player scoring it. and then we get tipped oh well

we had a roller system that is connected to our elevators so all we need to do it place the rollers over the balls and it sucks them off the tee. the origional plan was to take them off in auto mode but i think that only worked 1 time but our rollers knocked them off most of the time....the match when that picture was taken we took them off in the first 30 seconds before the rest of the balls droped so it was good use of the time but we found that if there were balls on the ground it was quicker to pick up 4 balls and deliver them then it was get both off the tee....there was one time we lost control of one of the balls and rolled to the other side of the field but it was never scored.....thanks for the encourgement andy

Re: 10 Point Balls...

Yeah 45 has a very nice robot... With the exception of watching videos I have never seen anyone use 10 point balls whether it is just knocking it off or actually taking it and scoring... That is nice though!!!
