How well do you treat your engineers?
And your other adult volunteers? The students on my team are pretty great! One student would bring in candy and cookies and offer first choice to the adults. There have also been some great massages given by students. And they even hired our head engineer, Dave, his own personal hairstylist:
 So, come on, what did you do nice for your engineers? MissInformation <============> Give a man a slinky, and he thinks he rules the world. Give a man two slinkies, and it completely blows his mind.
